An example executive coaching programme

Your programme is centred around your goals. You’ll guide the conversation, sharing thoughts and setting the direction.

I’ll provide support and challenge you to explore different perspectives and align with your objectives. I’ll listen for patterns or assumptions that might hinder progress and offer gentle questions or reflections.

Remember, you’ll be doing most of the work; talking, reflecting, and applying insights between sessions.

Before the programme begins, we’ll have an exploratory video or in-person ‘discovery’ meeting to discuss the professional challenges you face and your goals, and ideal outcomes.

If we both feel that my coaching approach is a good match to your objectives, we’ll agree the scope and price of your personalised programme and formalise it in a ‘Coaching Agreement’. Here’s a short video where I describe a typical example programme:

 

In summary, a typical programme comprises:

  • A no obligation, ‘discovery’ video meeting.
  • Formalising our Coaching Agreement.
  • Completion of personality profiling assessments.
  • An initial Session, either in-person or over video.
  • Setting your objectives for the programme.
  • Seven further sessions, spread over approximately four months.
  • Intermittent phone/video calls and/or emails
  • Mid- and end-programme progress reviews.
